These terms cover the otp.ae and hosting.otp.ae websites and the hosting, domain, email and related services provided by OTP Technologies L.L.C. ("OTP"). By ordering or using our services you accept them.

Your account

You must be an adult able to enter into a contract. Give accurate details when you register, keep your login details safe, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

Payments and renewals

Fees follow the prices shown when you order. Recurring services renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Late payment can lead to suspension, termination or extra charges.

Refunds

Digital services that have been activated or used are generally not refundable. If a service is never delivered and you ask in writing within 7 days of ordering, you receive a full refund. Partial refunds for incomplete delivery caused by OTP may be approved by management.

Acceptable use

Use our services only for lawful purposes. Illegal content, spam, attacks on networks or security, and any content that harms minors are not allowed. Shared plans have fair-use resource limits; excessive use can lead to temporary suspension or a required upgrade.

Backups and data

We provide backups as described in your plan, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies. OTP is not liable for data loss.

Suspension and cancellation

We may suspend or end a service for breach of these terms, non-payment or risk to others. You may cancel at any time; unused periods are not refunded unless the refund rules above apply.

Intellectual property

OTP owns its designs, software and brand. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services. You own your content and your domain.

Liability

Services are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. OTP is not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. You agree to hold OTP harmless from claims arising from your use of the services or your breach of these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. UAE law applies and disputes go to the courts of Dubai.
